Gyokuro Mikoto – premium green tea

Premium green tea. Gyokuro Mikoto means ‘jade drops’ and Mikoto is an old
Japanese word for emperor. First of all this premium green tea belongs to the noblest
of shaded teas. Consequently we only collect the tenderest leaves during the first days in
spring. As result connoisseurs enjoy the emerald green leaves,
the pale green cup colour and the strong sweetish taste.
Furthermore Gyokuro Mikoto can also be prepared with cold water and
needs to draw for 15 minutes using 5 tsp of tea for 1 liter of water.
